Most people don’t know how simple it is to change the quality of their sleep.
So I wanted to share what happened with an amazingly great and deserved person. This is what he recently posted on our facebook page.
My Miracle! The story is a lot longer than this, but I will try to make it short So here goes… Because Dr. Brad did not give up on me when I was faltering on the Paleo diet I hung in there and followed his lead.
As a result of sticking to the diet, I was able to give my body a chance to heal itself and release the inflammation which was causing me to be completely congested. By chance one night I stopped wearing my C-Pap mask because I could not take it anymore. Well, to my surprise I woke up the next morning feeling pretty good, which was very unusual because when I did not wear the mask in the past I would wake up very tired and wiped out for the day. Well now it is 12 days in a row, and I have not used my mask and every morning I get up I am still feeling GOOD!! A miracle to say the least!!!
However, there is one more thing… It just so happened that I was scheduled for a Sleep Apnea Surgery last week, and because of my progress I CANCELLED IT!!!! I have had Sleep Apnea for 10 years and there has never been a change like this, never!! I attribute it to Healing Prayers, my unwillingness to give up, and to the Paleo diet that Dr. Brad (and now I ) whole heartedly support!!! May your Miracle happen soon for you too!!! So Dr. Dan had an amazing life transformation, after he committed to living the Paleo lifestyle.
Besides living Paleo, there are other things you can do to improve the quality of your sleep: exercise, sleeping in a completely dark room, not watching TV or playing on the computer in the evening and probably the 2nd most important thing next to eating paleo is going to bed when it gets dark. Leave the lights off and let your cortisol levels come down.
So by living the paleo lifestyle you will be discovering how to improve the quality of your sleep.
